This is highest graded copy although it hasn't posted to the census yet. I have the original mailing envelope with it (pic below) and the back cover from the book shows the ad for the handbook. I've got a backroom deal with a Boardie for a grail closing out at this months end, and possible pickups in the current C'Link auction and then my Summer project is to get a lot of books graded (finally).
