Tracking a book submitted by 3rd party?

I submitted a book through Desert Wind (at a Signature Series event) and would like to track it through the CGC system. They provided the invoice number, but when I enter it online I am denied access because I am not Desert Wind. Is there any way around this?

You can only track orders online that were submitted under your account for security purposes. To check on any other submissions you would need to call or e-mail us for the status. (or you can PM me)
