i have never done a SS book. does CGC give you a certificate to send in with the book that says it was signed in front of them? otherwise wouldnt that be a green label

No, you need an official CGC witness to actually witness the book being signed.

i understand that part. so after they sign the book in front of a cgc rep they take the book from you and send it in? is that a picture or a scan of the iron fist 14?

I am not positive but I believe Rich is a witness, he sends the book in himself.
