Wasn`t it Doug Schmell that either had it or was selling it?
It was offered on his site for around $10K but didn't sell.

It was not his book, as he posted when he was pimpin' this book that if he was still collecting TOD, he would have purchased it.

For some reason I thought CGC didn`t tolerate mis-wraps in 9.9s and 10.0s. Apparently I was wrong.

But it's a perfect miswrap. I think it's really cool too, but I wish someone could explain the actual differences between a 9.8 - 9.9 (shrug)

Miswraps, like all other defects, are taken into account based on the size of the defect.

If the defect is small enough, it will be allowed in 9.9. In this case the miswrap is slight enough to be allowed in the grade.

There is a great chart in the OSPG grading guide that shows how many and which defects are allowed in each specific grade. It's really good info.

Can't find the pics I had right now but they are worth studying.
