I'd call it a 3.0 - but between the rough areas around the staples, the scuff and the full length color-breaking crease, I could see CGC calling it a 2.5

I don't see that unless the staples are popped. If both cover and centerfold are firmly attached, this is a 3.5 I think, but who knows... Of course we don't know what the back cover looks like.

My first thought was 3.0 based on the front cover alone but I could be nudged to a 3.5.

Having owned and subbed multiple copies of this book over the years (including a 2.5 and a 4.0) I'd say this is a 3.5. My 2.5 had tons of spine creases on it and this looks much better. Love this book.

You would think for 3 grand they could atleast rotate the picture upright.

A slabbed 2.0 just sold for $1200 on ebay - so 3k seems a bit ambitious - but you never know.
