I'm waiting for a small batch of rare books to come back from CGC. Once I get them they'll be posted. Examples include Fight 16 and Rangers 25.

I'ts very possible it's a D Copy now that you mentioned it. I've bought and sold enough D Copies that it's strikingly similar.

The "D" copy should have a number/letter code on the splash page. I think I am right on this.

I had an Action 40 D Copy and an early Jungle where the code was actually on the interior front cover, not on the splash page, so as 143ksk said above, not all of them have it in the same spot.
