There's another Hulk1 7.5 ending soon on ComicConnect.

Here's another one upcoming on Heritage

Gorgeous book. The creases on the upper right will probably keep the "upgraders & pressers" away. :golfclap:

sold for over 49k with BP, and that doesn't count taxes.. not sure what or where it sold for total a year ago. but seems pretty much the same.  give or take 1k.    not ever book increases within a year. seems this one (at this grade) stayed the same.

plus, its a very generous looking 7.5 IMO

I think you're missing what's going on here - the exact same book that sold for $42,000 this week sold for $49,200 a year ago. That's a 15% drop in sales price, but even worse is that the seller only realized 80% of that (best case assuming they were able to negotiate a reduced commission from Heritage) so someone just lost over $15,000 on this book.

Even so. You say it sold for 49k a year ago. And it Sold for 49k (with bp) now.

Buyers still having to pay the same. The losers are the seller(s) ... even more so if it was a "panic" sale

No, it did not sell for $49K with bp this week, it sold for $42K with bp this week.

It sold for $49K with bp last year:
