I have serious OCD and almost never buy books with a .5 at the end of the grade.  I know, I'm nuts.  So yes, for me to buy this book I was definitely focused on the book and not the grade.

Yet you seem to do very well with books with a .4 or a .6 at the end of the grade.

I thought I was the only one who hated grades that end in .5 ...... thanks for confirming I am not alone 😁

Although full disclosure I actually really like the 2.5 grade (weird I know).

Sometimes I think about upgrading my 6.5 -- if not for the page quality that would more or less be the ideal 7.0 for me to target.

I know....All things equal I prefer white pages but I’d rather have this 7.0 COW than most of the 7.0’s -7.5’s I came across, white pages or not.

My gracious.  A 1.0 SB with 3 holes punched through the book just ended on bids at a little over $6500 on the bay.  Seems like a pretty strong price to me.

GRRR!  Of course it's a strong price, for the strongest book of all!

Joking aside, I sold a very nice-looking restored IH#1 CGC 3.0 "Slight A-1" (only minor color touch) last year for $7000, so perhaps this special key is heating up.

So, looks like the book was relisted.  Non paying bidder?  Sparkle City has it.
