Thanks, I honestly think VF+ can be a real sweet spot for ALOT of books,many of my resubmissions have some back a grade or even two higher without any work. CGC seems to have difficulties in this area in my personal experience anyway

Thank you. That top right corner is a little faded and there is some light staining on the back. I am glad I picked it up before the prices started going crazy. I couldn’t afford it these days.
