Hoarder
Wow, $43k for the detective 31 in 1.0. $6k for the 37. This felt like another leap for pre-robins. Tristan Esteph

kinzebac
Well there ya go. Tec 29 in 1.5 just sold for $30,029. $20k a point. Now we're talking. Times sure do change fast in the Pre Robin Tec world. Just a year ago you could have snagged a 1.0 for 11k. http://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=607285

Gotham Kid
Anybody know what the high bid was on the Tec 31 in 4.0 that didn't meet reserve? It was at 71K with about 1hr left, not sure it stayed that way until the end. I hope Leroy won the 31 1.0.

At this time (and at these prices maybe forever) I'm content with my .5 but thanks for rooting for me. Low grade key comics that present well are IMO going to continue to sell for high prices. Also I'm sure we'll see the C-1 Tec 37 in a blue holder soon at auction so that price not a big surprise.
Mr. 10%
I'm done! Now just need to upgrade my 34. I dare not even speculate on what kind of price tag the market will currently dictate on a book of such magnitude. Wow ...

Even with a significant drop in grade, they will often sell for more in a blue label.
Gotham Kid
I actually thought the 37 would have ended higher.
lhcomics
I'm done! Now just need to upgrade my 34. That is a milestone book in any shape and even though it belongs in this thread I would create a new thread on that comic. Well done sir!
