Here's my first pre-robin tec.. Glad to have obtained this copy of "The screaming house".  Special thanks to @Gotham Kid for making me aware of this books availability and offering some valuable guidance in the pre-tec arena.

Also big thanks to @dem1138 for being an absolute pleasure to deal with!

With that comic you were either losing ears or signature. Mine has ears but only signed by Bob. Now I know the dudes last name.

Well, with all due respect to Kane, we know Moldoff drew the covers as his ghost artist and placed Kane’s name on it for his approval.

Most everyone recalls this HA Tec 37 7.5 of 2015 ( that later got bumped to an 8.0 when auctioned off on CC )

Looks like he has a sibling from way back ...

Wonder what other books with that trademark sig are out there or yet to be graded hm

Did the Bob Kane File Copies sell?  I see that the Tec #28 is (still?) for sale  for 29k. What kind of mark up did they ask/ get ( if any ) because of provenance ?  29k for a trimmed , brittle , incomplete/married ,  #28 File Copy —what kind of mark up ?

All the non Bats cover copies available. They will NOT sell, not at the current asking prices. Not even near.

Depends if you want them to sell or if you simply want them to show for display purposes.  hm

I could price stuff at 10x what I have been doing and advertise as "museum pieces"

Stupendous show!  Clearly this should've been the winner for Best Short Film.
