Yeah, great cover for sure. I had one but sold it to a boardie a few years ago. Now I need another one.

I have a weird love/hate with #42.

 

I HATE what the cover represents, the first real indication of the beginning of the silly goofy Batman.

 

But I LOVE the cover as a stand alone piece of artwork and I like the story.

That is actually my most plentiful pedigree.

 

Mine too. I have 7 from the original first batch of books and 7 from the second batch of books through Heritage and eBay. Not all of the original first batch of books were sold to Metropolis. A few hundred were sold to another dealer. That's where I got my first 7 Davis Crippen's.
