Checking status of submissions

I'm a new CGC submitter and I was wondering if it was possible to contact CGC and find out the status of a submission- i.e. confirm that it was received, find out if the comics have been graded, and find out when it will sent back out.

 

If this is possible, what is the best way to do it, by email or by phone?

You can call us about the status of your order anytime after it has been received. It is better for us if you call, rather than e-mail us, and also if you have your invoice number ready so we can get your information right away.
