Lag Time From Grading To Census

What is the lag time from a book being graded and encapsulated, and when it will show up in the census?

 

Let's say my book is graded today, 8/12 and the census gets updated tomorrow. Will it show up in the 8/13 census update?

The census is updated every week on Monday, so provided that the book was shipped out to you the week before it will appear on that Census update. The key factor is that the book has to be shipped as no grades are considered final until the book has left CGC's facility.

Does this rule include books that are secure in CGC's safe for pickup? Or do they actually have to leave CGC's facility entirely?
