Grader notes........

was told or heard certain tiers wouldn't be taking grading notes any more. Confirm?

There isn't a specific tier, but if the comic is of high grade (9.8 or higher) there will not be any notes available, or if it is of mid-grade but the defects that attributed to the grade are visible and not interior defects only, then there will not be any notes, either. This is in an effort to keep the efficiency of grading at a peak level.

I was checking on two books, both published in 1974, both 9.2 books and no grader notes are available...So based on the above, it is safe to assume the only defects are completely visible then?
