Winter dew inside my holder.Suggestions?

This sounds like a case where the inner and outer shells of our encapsulation are touching, creating a rainbow-like or damp-like appearance on the comic. I can assure you that this is not moisture, but rather the reaction of the two plastics coming in contact with one another. The best way to remove this is to gently pull the cases apart (but not break them) to separate the plastics, sometimes a piece of paper will need to be inserted in the side of the case to help "nudge" the plastics apart. Provided you don't damage your case, this visual effect will not affect the grade or condition of your comic.
