40 business days is less clear then one might think

 

Invoice date 27th October. From there it will take 40 business days to get my first 15 books (of about 400) graded. First conundrum: do I start counting on the 27th or the 28th? Second conundrum is the day between this year's Thanksgiving and Saturday a business day or not? (I'm not an American, so to me such things are less obvious). Tomorrow CGC will be closed for X-mas. So today I get my X-mas present. Or Not. It's now 11 AM in Florida an 5 PM over here. I am not overly optimistic.
