I give it a Qualified 9.8.

 

Qualification notes: 9.8 apart from all the wear, creases, tears, bits missing, mold, water damage, stains and baby vomit.

I've given it the grade I think/hope CGC will have given it, even though I would have given a different grade if I was selling it raw myself, if that makes sense!

 

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see it get what I think it might now that I've taken a 3rd and 4th look at it.

 

 

And I don't think it will be the grade I sent.
