Fast forward like a year later and he was making an appearance at a tiny show on Long Island - so he messaged me the other night and told me to come out and grab it. Really happy how it turned out! With Larry Stroman? Undelivered commissions, IIRC. You can see a bunch of threads on him in the Comic Art Buyer Beware group on Facebook. As I read the situation, if you buy from him at a show and he finishes the art work all is good, but don't let him take it home. If you order it by mail/email/FB/whatever, you might regret it. I have NO first hand experience and I've never met the man. I'm just summarizing what I've read and remember from the reading. I haven't really had to much issued with any one I dealt with over the years. Longest time I had to wait for a piece was about 8 months. I had reached out to a few people earlier in the year, including Kenneth, but no luck...A few days ago, I was browsing Instagram and noticed a beautiful Morrigan piece by Kenneth and DMed him about it. While it wasn’t available, he did luckily have a spot for a long awaited commission. I love his precise, clean line work and use of color and so had to go for the full color option for this one. I commissioned this last Sunday, and it arrived on Saturday, which is by far the fastest I’ve ever received an at home commission. It has everything I love about Kenneth’s work. Thanks to Kenneth for the amazing art, quick turnaround time, incredibly secure packaging and for salvaging my year of artwork.
