In case my previous post was too cryptic -- it would take 'an offer I can't refuse' to part with the Action Comics #7. The way the comic migrated into my collection took years of perseverance. One day, in the distant future, I'd be satisfied if the comic passes on to tabcom jr. That is if someone doesn't click Buy It! :baiting:

As for marriaging a back cover, I'm unclear what the value of that would bring.

A half a grade bump with a green label?

It's the thrill of hunting for and finding the right parts!

Gators was married and split cover but looked a lot nicer. This looks bad but unrestored. My copy i sold in 08 was unrestored 4.5/5.0 and i sold for 8k i think. 2nd picture along with my 2 Bat 1s and 2 Superman 1s  and Tec 33 all this before Restoration started to take off. I did get Both Batman 1s Restored and sold the nice Superman 1 to the Dentist and i did have a 3rd copy missing back cover i think i sold to @Drgoldage

Hi Harold I picked up a restored Batman 1 from you , it’s hard to tell from the pictures but it might be the copy on the right .  I wished I had had the foresight to pick up your Superman 1 with no back cover but no such luck ... I would still have it if I had . I love your pictures and stories post some more when you can !
