That's always a possibility but I'd be willing to bet that there's nothing wrong on the inside. It truly looks like the book was never opened.

 

I can see some minor issues with the outside that probably put it on the border line between a 9.2 and a 9.4 and they went with a 9.2 to be safe. But that's just a guess. But it certainly doesn't look like Ricky's scan.
