What does CGC consider the First Appearance of Misty Knight?

Marvel Premiere #21 She physically appears and her name is said

 

Marvel Premiere #20 when her name is mention (yet she doesnt physiocally appear in the issue)

 

Marvel Team-up #1 a nameless black woman, carrying her groceries, being rescued by Spider-man that was recton in Marvel team-up #64

 

I am curious because she is a key player in Heroes for Hire and None of these issues are labeled as her first appearance.

(shrug) ...no it will be labeled as her first appearance. Also we made a slight adjustment to Marvel Team-Up #1. No other books will be changed as a result of this information. (in case you really meant issue #20)
