And I went back to look at the sky again and noticed 4 SKULLS

I'm not entirely familiar with the original cover and don't know if they are there in the original, in either case, nice subtle touch

Actually, the CATS will be easy.

 

1. Draw a cat

2. Photocopy the cat 100 times

3. Drop off the art board and 101 cat photocopies at a preschool

4. Tell the kids to cut out the cats and paste them onto the board in creative locations

5. Go home and work on the next cover in the list

6. Pick up the art board from the preschool 8 hours later

7. BOOM! Two commissions done in one day.
