While it is not a 'comic,' I thought like minded bronze horror fans might want to pick up a copy of this.

It's a book filled with history and popularity and covers of 70s and 80s horror books .

update. 10 pages in and I find out Jeff Jones was a woman. That was news to me.

Just ordered mine from Amazon. I remember all of those covers because I read them. Looking forward to it.

Here's a book I received this week from Australia. There's no American Wrightson books left for me to collect ? so I am starting on the vintage foreign editions. Enjoy.

Very cool!

Do you have the Wrightson Pop-Up book?

Yep, got that one! ? It's one of my favorites.

Mine too! I only mentioned it because it falls outside of the comic book/magazine choices. What would you say is your favorite Wrightson cover or book? @OtherEric posted this one over in the mag forum, have this one too?

Phantom Stranger 14 published in Mexico by Editorial Novaro. Great Neal Adams cover. When you find these in Mexico, they are usually brittle and flattened because of the humidity. I believe this one came from a Mexican grocer in California. Glossy, plump and firm. Not like any Novaro I have ever held. The elements can play a huge role in the quality of paper. Vintage mexican books above a 7.0 simply do not exist.
