Re entering the world of bronze dc horror, it seems the dc staple pop problems from this era are worse than ever. It seems nearly half of the 1967-1971 raw books I look at have cover or centerfold staple issues.

Here’s a question to pick ur brain: in another thread about the best DC BA horror stories, I had remembered a story where a man sells his soul to the devil to get his little girl back from the dead. Of course the devil tricks him and at the end of the story last panel you see the demented man holding the corpse of his little girl talking to her as if she was alive. I’m pretty sure this was a HOM or HOS book but can’t recall. Sound familiar to you?

I can picture the panel, I am pretty sure it was in hom between 255-275 when they got a bit darker than they had been, but I don’t have the issues to check anymore
