Thank you (although your copy is one to get a comic fan weak in the knees )...

 

There is staining on the front and back covers, look at the yellow area between Cap's knees, for example. Other notes shown spine wear and wear above the T on the fc.

Well CGC is unfairly tough for stains.. no matter how slight.... I think the structure is impeccable here... great corners solid spine... looks at least 8.0 to my eye..

  This thread is interesting talk about values from 2011-2014 on Cap 1.

Mitch predicts on page 1 how Cap 1 is the best GA investment. The post above in 2014 thinks a 2.0 would bring possibly 35K.

With the 1.5 just selling for $71K I thought this would be interesting read.

Page 3 has a pic of CGC 9.4 Cap 1 so worth the just for that.

2011 was the turning point for Cap.
