Anybody do a lot with Dynamic Forces?

I've got two things I'd like to clear up with them and so far all I get are voice mail. I'm not at the rant point yet, (mainly because I completely forgot) but would like to clear up an order that has been waiting on inventory since early 2009.

 

That and it has been so long I now need to update my email address associated with the original order since I no longer have that email.

 

Any help?

You know, I just ordered something with them and needed to change my e-mail address as well. There's no place to change it on their site. I've never called, but it seems like there isn't much of an infrastructure there.

Call them... emails usually don't get responded to in a timely fashion, if at all.

Best time to call is during what most consider a "normal business hour" 9-5.

 

And keep trying. You will reach someone and it will be resolved. :)
