Ben Templesmith Wormwood Limited Edition Canvas Print - can you value it?

7 posts in this topic

Hi, was hoping you guys could shed some light on the value of this item.

It's Ben Templesmith's Wormwood.

Heavy canvas print.

Measures 16in x 20in

Limited to 15, this one is 14/15.

It has one off inked drawing by Ben Templesmith and is also signed by Ben.

It's in mint condition, never been displayed, always been stored away.

Any thoughts would be welcome as I plan to sell it (started a business, need the funds).

"Limited Edition" prints I see artists sell at cons all the time are priced anywhere from $20-$100. This would probably be on the lower end of that spectrum if you were to find a buyer.

Also has it been rolled up? That might decrease value depending on who you're asking.

It's on super thick art canvas, the kind you stretch and staple to make your own canvas to rest on your easel and has not been rolled. I'm sure these were quite expensive when they were first released 2004 and it was strictly 15 only and direct from Templesmith's then new art website, surely that would fetch more than the low end?
