What blanks are left? I think the next contest should have something to do with sketching on a blank...defacing comics for fun and profit.

Let's not confuse a "hanging chad" with a "partial chad" when referring to Rupp. Otherwise, the whole riot will start again.

 

- Hanging chads are attached to the ballot at only one corner.

- Swinging chads are attached to the ballot at two corners.

- Tri-chads are attached to the ballot at three corners.

- Pregnant or dimpled chads are attached to the ballot at all four corners, but bear an indentation indicating the voter may have intended to mark the ballot.

 

Rupp is more a dimple chad. :o

I'm going to have a busy day here at Tali-sheeety headquarters so invoices might be slow today.

 

If you have a wild hair and it doesn't bother you too much where its stickin' out of... feel free to do you own and PM it to me... I will add the all important payment info then. Kills two gnats with one "had it comin" stone :)
