I, too, am a huge fan of Berni! Had the pleasure of meeting him a couple of times... very nice, personable guy.

Thanks for posting this. I don't have my copy anymore, but I recall this being one of the first art books I ever bought back in the late 70s, along with 'The Studio'. I always thought it was a very unusual item to find imported in a book shop in the North of England, especially at a time when we didn't have comic shops here.

Swamp Thing #7 is one of my all time favorites as well. Dunno why there's practically no demand for this book.

when i got back into comics, the 1st ones i started to get were bronze horror books. this lead to finding his massive hardcover retrospective. pricey but well worth it

Inspired to do a group shot. I posted some of the slabs earlier in the thread. I have SS books by Wrightson (ST #3, #5 and 3 copies of #9) that should be back next week.
