I always thought the same, because it's more of a deviation from the original cover. I'm really surprised it took this long, I thought with the success of spider-verse it would've happened when those copies took a large jump. It's really unusual that it stayed stagnant for this long at under $10.

Another finished at $660 a few days earlier. There’s only one other listed at $5,000/OBO. I’ve talked to the seller and  made him aware of what they’ve been selling for.

Haven't got to do one of these in awhile so bear with me. 

Sales the last 2 months have been the best I have seen in many years. It was the perfect hurricane
of no conventions, no stores opened and everyone was home. I really hope many took advantage
of this because I know I did.

TPB sales have done well for me on trades that were short printed. Any OOP trades that were
hard to find were easy sellers. I went to several stores that were having 50% off sales and bought
as many as I could find. I wish I found more I could have sold them I bet. 

The speculator market is driving some books hard lately especially UF4. Great book great potential
, but the prices lately scream for an adjustment at some point just saying. Keep in mind where the
information comes from and why. Several places have conflicting interests when they put out information
take it with a grain of salt.

Venom continues to churn on under Cates. His 2nd print issues might be books worth getting cheap.
Thor is now receiving some great attention under his wing. 

Newsstand issues past 2000 in high grade are gold mine. That being said they are really hard to find
in that grade. 

I continue to sell Eternals and recently I have sold more modern Eternals then Bronze. I am just about
out of the short box I bought a couple of years back. Best investment I think I have ever made in comics.

Marvel DC crossovers are really hot lately. I have sold multiple sets and a trade and missed out on two
more trades at auction because I wasnt fast enough. I wonder if that Amalgram stuff will ever pick up?
Its cheap right now and they did make newsstands of them.

Maestro's 1st app is doing well as well as Bloodstone 1(Just bought one for $1 today YESSS) are both
doing very well and appreciating fast. 

Reprints of Edge of Spiderverse 2 have caught fire as well. 

Modern Horror are quick sellers with Covers by Campbell selling fast on any modern horror book. 
Jason,Freddy, Ash, Halloween all popular books at the right price.

Star girl TV show is still pushing Starts and STRIPE 0 to around $100 lately. Great story and 
I love the story behind the character and Geoff Johns sister.

I am not sure why but ASM V3 No 5 is selling well as 2nd Silk. ASM 4 sells well as 1st or 2nd print
slabbed or unslabbed I have np pulling $60+ for each raw and more slabbed. 

Spawn Spawn Spawn - Any Spawn book past around 150 is gold till around 290 when speculators
started buying up new issues. Print runs are low. Newsstands between 2 and 130s sell well in high
grade and are tough to find that way for many many issues. Ive sold dozens and just sold 20 different
issues to a buyer at once.

Star wars Dark Horse issues are doing really well. There is some great stuff in there finally getting 
recognized. I wont be able to buy as much as I would like, but I have tucked away several issues now.
Darth Vader 3 is a great winner currently, and don't overlook that Halloweenfest book that you can 
get dirt cheap. Kannan 1 and 6 are both hot books as well. 

New Avengers 7 sells brisking at $10-15 currently with Mighty Avengers 13 getting the same and
2nd print doing 3x that.

Boom Studies Something is Killing the Children 1 currently $25 book with the Frison cover pulling
less which seems odd. Once and Future will be a monster for this company what a great read it is.

Jupiter's Legacy is coming to Netflix. You were all warned. Either I make it like a Bandit or bought
books cheap the last 2 years for nothing. On that same note dont pass on Huck or Nemesis cheap either. 

Thor 229 dont laugh is a hot selling book. I can blow this copy out easy in any grade and still pick 
them up regularly from $1 to $5.00

One of the most interesting things lately about our hobby are all the different venues to sell and buy.
FB, Instagram, Amazon, Ebay, and a bunch of others like Mercari and several others.  Use these
places to your advantage and multi task. Some I buy from some I sell on. All of them have pitfalls
none are perfect.

I don't see any long term value in Ultimate Fallout 4, there is over 1700+ CGC 9.8's..We are getting into NM 98 territory here as far as slabbed census numbers. Anyone who pays $600+ for this book is really just taking a ride on the hype train. When the dust settles, this will be a $150-$200 in 9.8 in no time. If you have a 9.8...sell it and move on.  If you want a 9.8 and thinking of pulling the trigger at these prices, you're making a mistake.

I think it will cool down honestly... everything hot cools down.. this is the first time it's been "hot "..

I think it will cool off but no promises. Personally I never buy a hot book no matter how bad I want it. Either it comes down or I never own it. Plenty of other books out there. Want me to talk you out if it. It's just yet another spiderman and the cover isn't anything great and it's a 2nd print. Why would you want that garbage.

That is only thing in it.

Issue 1 some female gets bit by spider. No name or face. Issue 2 single page cameo, shown shooting web out of finger and knowing spiderman identity, no face shown. Issue 3 no face is shown but there is a 2 page cameo and character name is revealed as Cindy and she shows the ability to stick to ceiling. 4 is the 1st full Appearance of Cindy and last name Moon and the name silk but she just wraps herself in webbing for Costume. Issue 8 she gets a clothing Costume.
