This book has been in my personal collection for over ten years. Stored upright in a long box and NEVER opened or touched by human hands since the day it was originally placed in mylar by the owner of the shop where it was purchased. Never read. This book was only ever taken out of its mylar for this photo shoot and is securely stored away now just dying to be CGC graded. I have been collecting comics for twenty five years and I am very well versed in grading comics having purchased hundreds if not thousands over the years. I know the stringent qualifications of CGC grading and would be very hesitant to call a book something that it is not. With that said, if this book isn't 9.8 - 10 I don't know what is. Absolutely flawless from spine to edges, front to back. Beautiful glossy cover. Will be packed with the utmost care and caution. Ad this gem to your collection before the value goes through the roof.
