COVER PROOF ?

Not sure if this been asked before or not

 

Can Proof cover be graded ? Some proof covers are already folded from the printer like a comic so I know they will fit into a CGC case and like those board blanks were you can get a sketch on and sub to CGC I would think the proofs would go under the same system ?
