Dynamic Forces editions w/certificates

Hello,

 

If I submit a 'Dynamic Forces' edition of a book that comes with a certificate of authenticity, should I include the certificate with the book? If I should, will the certificate be enclosed in the case with the book?

We do not encapsulate certificates with comics. If the information that they provide does not affect the grading, then it is not necessary to send in the certificate with the book. The Dynamic Forces certificates, for example, are not necessary in order for the book to be recognized as Dynamic Forces.
