Hey Dale,

I'm not so sure this is a VF+ with the tears and chips on the back cover. I'd be all over this book if it wasn't for those defects.

 

Actually a very good catch, I didn't notice that I had made a mistake. The grade was supposed to be VF minus, not VF plus. The price is reflective of the correct grade. If it were a VF plus, the price would have been about $700.00.

 

Sorry for not getting back to this sooner, but I have been out all day buying comic books. Bought some great stuff. Some highlights...
