Captain Britain (UK) 1976 books #1 and #2

I want to submit my CB #1 with the mask and #2 with Boomerrang but did not want to get a qualified label. I have seen both blue and green labels for the book and I am not sure why as neither have the " mask" or "boomerang" encapsulated. (shrug)

 

How do I submit the books to ensure I get a blue label? I have the original mask and boomerang.

If some extra accessory was originally bound with the book (e.g. 3-D glasses), but is now detached, we cannot encapsulate it with the book, as anything free-floating in the holder with the book may potentionally damage the book.

 

Therefore, even if the accessory is physically present, we have no option but to leave it out of the holder and give the book a green label "INCOMPLETE" designation.
