A detached top staple from cover?

How will that effect the grade? What label would it get?

Definite Green Label = Qualified . Usually not worth submitting.

'Suppossedly' the grade is given as if the Qualified flaw did not exist.

Not always a green label. thirdgreenham was selling a GI Combat once that had a popped staple and it was in a blue holder, graded 6.0

I also had one graded in a Blue Label. It was explained to me by CGC that if a staple is detached from ONLY the Front or Back cover, as oppossed to both, it can get a Blue Label, at CGC's discretion of course. The OP here states it is completely detached, which I think will definitely result in a Green Label.
