Failed to complete a transaction after I agreed to his price, PayPal payment was accepted, and I was told the books would be shipped to me with confirmation and insurance.

 

A prompt refund was issued, but PayPal placed a 'Temporary Hold' on the returned funds while they "look into" the matter, whatever that means.

 

Disappointing on several levels, to say the least.
