Fanzine Grading Question

Thought I saw it somewhere before, but does CGC grade fanzines?

CGC will grade fanzines as long as they are not completely black and white and easily reproducible.

Further clarification on this question...Would something like this be eligible for grading? It's not a fanzine per se, but rather a 5.5 x 8.5 chapbook published by Camelot Books. It is completely black and white, so would that make it ineligible by default.
