This was actually better than I expected. I didn't much care for the preview pages, but the issue itself was good. The only wonky thing was that the last page didn't say "to be continued" or something. It felt like it ended abruptly. Other than that, I actually enjoyed it rather well.

So the writer said in an interview that he has material for about 30 issues ... he didn't indicate whether this series is going to continue after the 6 issue arc that is planned or whether he is going to try and knock out a series of minis or an ongoing or what, but if I hear or read anything else I'll post it. I hope the series is great but I'm still a little put off by the idea of Peter Pan and WWII ... for whatever reason.

it's a different take on a classic. Nice to see someone be a bit original for a change. I like WWII stuff so it's an easy read for me to wrap myself around.

Just read this last night, and I really liked it... all the way until the last page... I thought that was just horrible. I'm definitely still looking forward to reading more, but man that last page was just... blah

It was announced today that issue 2 is going to 2nd print and that title is now ongoing.

i think that will help drive more sales for the book...people tend to not get too invested into a miniseries.

so 1 copy sells for $15 and the very next copy sells for .99 cents....not sure why i'm trying t figure out the ebb & flow of ebay.

Looking forward to Issue #2 tomorrow. All these second prints with different covers look great as well. Very excited to hear that it has been turned into an on-going. I hope Kurtis gets to tell his entire story.

yeah, i really like WWII stories and this is a nice slant on the period. I think the book has an international flavor also so probably helping the overseas sales.

i think Peter Panzerfaust is the perfect storm, under the radar, lowish print run, no variant covers (yet)......also one of the few image books a kid could read without adult permission.

selling pretty well on ebay though....a couple different uk sellers have it at $20 now, guess time will tell. Was a 4 parter, that can kill sales (speculator). Now that it's a regular montlhly might pick up speed.
