I'm guessing 9.2 based on the edge crease at the middle top of the front cover. Off-white pages.

9.4. That crease, if not the scanner, is troublesome though.

It's not the scanner, it's a scratch on the case.

If it's below a 9.2 it's likely worthless in the current price trend on e-bay.

 

I'll call it a 9.0 due to some apparent creasing (blurry) in the upper right and what looks like either an ink blotch or an inpact mark in the top middle of the book.
