All American 17 deslabbed CGC 4.5 OW pages with label....purchased from Ciorac off the boards years ago....trying to go back to my pre-hero focus...:cloud9:

 

book presents much nicer than a 4.5, but has a spine split up to the bottom staple, it's a clean split and doesn't detract from the presentation in a nice Mylite II and fullback.

 

Still hate to consider parting with one of the top 100 GA books, but it's a classic.

There have been a few bargain sales in the recent past, but I don't see any decent raw blue label copies for sale right now, unless you want to purchase

beater copies with no presentation are selling for $50-$100 on ebay...I've debated on just finding a coverless and fixing this one, as it presents so nicely....

 

probably would land in the 6.0-6.5 range if not for the non story page missing.

A group of raw Tales of suspense undercopies that I enjoyed keeping "raw"...scans to follow....

 

41 G+ 2.5 staples attached, but there's a 1/2 or so spine split in the middle, you can see it in the scans. No pieces missing.

 

44 G/VG 3.0 tiny piece missing bottom right corner and bottom back corner

 

45 G 2.0 bottom right corner is rough and worn, copy is clean inside, restapled

 

47 VG/FN 5.0 clean copy, defects are not near as bad in hand on the upper cover.

 

49 FN+ 6.5 (press to a 7.0) real pretty copy, I've got a 7.5 slight P slab and an 8.0 slab, this raw is pretty. defects shown in scan are not near as bad in hand.

 

65 VG 4.0, general wear?

 

66 FN 6.0 due to back bumping..front presents nicer

 

68 VG/FN 5.0??? front 8.0, back 3.0.....

 

69 VG+ 4.5....general wear, but nice reader.

 

 

 

Overstreet value on the lot of them is $918.

Package deal shipped for $500 which is around 55% of guide, not taking into account the free shipping...
