Return shipping for foreign countries

I was wondering if there could be a sticky thread with information on shipping to Countries other than the U.S.A. Or even if information could be posted on the CGC website.

 

an example would be:

 

1-2 books: $

3-5 books: $

6-10 books: $

 

Personally I am only looking for rates for return shipping for 2 books to Australia, but I'm sure there are others from the U.K., Canada, Spain, etc. etc. That would like at least a rough estimate. It's not always easy to ring CGC if you live in another country.... Just a thought.
