Job Openings At CGC?

I'm not looking for a career change, but a climate change would be nice hm

 

I've wondered these questions for quite some time:

 

Is there much turnover in staff at CGC? Do any openings get posted publicly, if so, where?

 

What past job experience do you look for when hiring?

 

Do you tend NOT to hire comic collectors in fear of a bias, or do you prefer comic collectors as they are familiar with the industry/issues?

 

Because CGC can be back logged at times, do you plan on hiring new employees or do you have any contractual/temp employees you call upon when there is a back log?
