Gonna bump this from the grave coz I just got my first NG grade back.

 

Submitted a sketch on Non Humans #1 Blank Variant. Bought these blanks from Whilce Portacio's booth at NYCC and LBCC. Grade came back with an NG and note: Color copy cover added after manufacturing. I'm guessing Portacio's boys did what Troy's been doing this whole time and the said variant is not Image approved.

 

I think the NG grade looks cool and at the same time weird being my first. Sketch was by Joe Benitez, will post pix when I take a shot.
