"Goonies" question- Any experts?

If anyone is familiar with the film "Goonies", do you know if this sketch (loosely comics related) was used in the end credits? I seem to recall it being there briefly as the names scrolled by.

I have watched Goonies multiple times and don't remember seeing that image. Looking at the image quality, does not look too professional to me, more akin to an art students work, but that is a guess on my part.

It's by Mike Royer. Turns out it was for a sing-a-long book and record set. Maybe it just looks familiar because Chunk made that face a lot in the film
