What do I do if a comic is mislabeled?

Hello - I have a CGC comic that is mislabeled - it is a 'variant' edition and it was mislabeled as a regular edition - I'm assuming it was an easy mistake. I want to add it to one of my registry sets under the 'variant' it belongs in but since it's mislabeled it will only go in the regular edition place.

 

What do I do? Do I have to submit it for reholder or can I just prove via pics and emails that it truly is a variant edition and have it's serial # approved for that particular slot? I'd much rather not re-submit it if it doesn't warrant that dramatic of a change and if an administrator can just allow its placement in the set spot it's meant to go under I'd much prefer that.

If your book is not labeled correctly, then it cannot be registered until you send in for the label to be corrected. We ask that you list the book on a Reholder submission form for tracking purposes but there will be no charge for the correction. If you have any questions please call customer service at 877-662-6642.
