Very sad news.

 

I remember seeing him in a gym in Toronto many, many years ago. I used to train with a really big ex-football player, and still couldn't get over how big a man he was, and how large his biceps looked as he stood around talking to members.

 

Seeing him at the gym when I did, left a permanent impression that he was a genuinely kind and approachable person.

Probably one of the better actors in Hollywood. I could truly relate to his characters and appreciate his interpretation of them.

 

I will surely miss him!

I just checked out his IMDB page and was surprised that he was in as many things as he was. There was a lot of voice work that I had not realized he was involved in. He had a very distinct presence and sound that will not be easily duplicated on screen.
