Graded 9/6 :whee:

Good to know. One of my invoices that has vanished from my tracking screen is a Value SS done at Denver. Should be about a week behind yours.

My invoice screen came back. My 6/21 dated slow boat Value SS from Denver is graded.

I’ve got a modern with a 6/8 invoice date still at CCS. It’s taking forever.

I wonder why?  CGC really was fast on my other tiers of books submitted at the same time.  But they are crawling on this tier.  The book is a Marvel Graphic Novel.  Maybe that's why?

I have two moderns I had them press, just as an experiment. At very nearly three calendar months, with the books not even at CGC yet, I can’t say I’m impressed.

These were finally received at CGC today. So maybe I’ll see them by Halloween.

I was wondering what you meant ha. I figured you knew about reholders (thumbsu but there may have been a rush on it... just maybe... because this one was considered an "excessive" Newton Ring Issue and was reholdered at no cost.... so maybe they wanted some results to show up in the "newton ring thread:blush:

37 Moderns

Delivered 9/10

Still waiting for them to be opened/received/verified

CGC told me they are behind and it'll takes about a week and a half for them to entered into the system.

At least now I know why packages delivered 9/10 and 9/11 haven't shown up yet. That's a little ridiculous.

Shipped 9/13:applause:grades came back pretty much as expected. (less something i missed, resto on 1) With a couple grading higher than expected!

Not important, just curious - when CGC sends back a large shipment like this, what's the maximum number of slabs they put in a box? (Surely, it isn't just one box.)

I believe 25 is the max they will ship in 1 box.

MAGAZINE MODERN

  Stated turnaround times when submit.: CCS = 35 b days; CGC = 45 b days (Total 80 b days or 16+ weeks)

Date of Con Drop Off - 6/10/2018

CGC Received Date ("Rec-CCS Required") - 6/14/2018 (Bus. days since Con submission = 4)

  "At CCS" - 7/3/2018 (Bus. days since "Rec-CCS Required" = 13)

"Received" - 9/14/2018 (Bus. days since "At CCS" = 52 b days (+17 b bays or 3.5 weeks over estimate!)

To get this submission back on track, CGC has turn around the grade in 18 b days when the estimate is 45 b days.  Something going wrong here.
