Submitted my first Value tier book. Usually do fast track modern or normal modern submit.  It has been sitting in Graded status for over a week. Is this normal due to the slow process or should I inquire?

After a weekend CON with onsite grading and encapsulation , This is normal.  Also They may not update the system as fast

True, I did forget about onsite this past weekend. Usually regardless of Cons I had normally seen max 3 CGC business days before switched to QC. Thanks for the response.

I was surprised to see a status change on my modern sub today after Baltimore. Hoping they receive my prescreen sub soon too (I know it was delivered thanks to tracking, but waiting for it to hit my screen).

Just dropped my first prescreen sub in the mail: 27 moderns slow track.

Speaking of which, it was not only received but went all the way to verified today! :headbang:

Curious to see how long the prescreen takes.

Silly question. But where do you all track the dates it goes from one stage to another? Just by daily checking of the site or is there someplace I’m not looking at?

I tend to do it by checking my invoice page way too often, others may have a different technique.

It's been a long time since I submitted, so sorry for the silly question.  When are you able to see the grades and notes online?  When the book hits "Graded" or "Shipped"?  Thanks.

I believe it is shipped

Based on my "Status Graded" it is not at graded. If I recall correctly from my past subs, it had been about 18 months since I subed, you do see the grades at "shipped."

Thanks everyone. I guess I have to wait

It shouldn't be tooooo toooo long :foryou: depending on when they went to graded, but Baltimore Comic-Con just happened so at least you beat the rush....

Anyone experiencing a significant time lapse between books being dropped off or shipped to CGC compared to the date they are actually entered into the system?

Same day for me for my last three submissions, most recent was 9/28. I used the online submission form.
